The forthcoming Lisbon Blockchain Conference is preparing to offer startup founders a platform to present their startups to potential investors.
As per an announcement on April 22, the conference organizers revealed plans for a “closed door” pitching competition as one of the side events. This competition will enable crypto startups to exhibit their concepts to potential investors.
Esteemed judges for the pitch competition comprise industry veterans like Subvisual’s CEO Robert Machado, AgileGTM’s General Partner Fillipo Chisari, and crypto hedge fund manager Francisco Quartin de Macedo. With their varied backgrounds in product development, venture capital, and investment management, a comprehensive evaluation of all pitches is ensured.
AgileGTM Capital is driving the competition, with applications set to close by midnight GMT on April 23.
Additional Side Events
Simultaneously, the blockchain event guarantees a holistic experience for both investors and founders, featuring additional side events powered by AgileGTM Capital.
These events will commence with an exclusive investor-only breakfast at the Nova School of Business & Economics in partnership with VNTR Capital, setting a productive tone for the day.
Further events on the agenda include networking sessions against the picturesque backdrop of the Nova rooftop, fostering a laid-back setting for meaningful interactions between investors and founders.
The Lisbon Blockchain Conference’s fourth edition is hosted by the Portugal-based Nova SBE Blockchain Club. This year’s theme, “learning and networking,” offers students a valuable opportunity to expand their networks within the burgeoning industry.
The event boasts an impressive lineup of speakers and sponsors, including Ripple, Nova Entrepreneurship Institute, Nova Data Science Knowledge Center, and Real Fevr.
